Great beer. Since moving from Austin, I've been looking for a great brewery with sour beers. I was very impressed. Compared to other places, their prices are very reasonable. If you're driving through this area, definitely stop in and get some awesome beer. While they're tasting room isn't open all the time, if you order beer online, you can still stop in and pick it up, which is nice.
Great beer if you like sours. Some of the most interesting stuff out there but the staff doesn't make you feel very welcome. It can be pretentious.

You have to really enjoy sour beer to appreciate this place. If you do, definitely give them a try. Beers range from very good to excellent and some are blended with beers from overseas (B United is right behind the brewery and affiliated). My biggest gripe about this place is that they allow smoking on their deck. This sucks as the deck has a really nice view and is underutilized because 99% of craft beer drinkers don't want stale cigarette smoke stinking up the enjoyment of the beer they are consuming. Worth a visit and not far from Black Hog.
Mr. Palino (sp) is very generous and knowledgeable about brewing. My visit from Pittsburgh was brief but memorable. Thank you! I recommend this brewery hands down! Cheers..
